Our Programs & Services

We provide community and on-site services and supports for individuals with acknowledged mental, social, or physical disabilities. These services are individually tailored to assist people in achieving and maintaining rehabilitative, resiliency and recovery goals. Our services consist of therapeutic interventions that facilitate illness self-management, skill building, identification and use of natural supports and use of community resources in order to achieve the highest level of self-sufficiency and to maintain housing stability and recovery. We provide Supportive Housing, Community Support, and Community Development Services to over 700 individuals annually.
